THE TABLE?

That changes.

Our blackboard changes regularly as dishes, ingredients and ideas come and go.

You'll find familiar favourites alongside flavours and dishes from around the world. Food made for eating, sharing and occasionally trying something you haven't tried before.

We are fully licensed with a selection of wines, beers and housemade sodas to enjoy alongside your meal, or simply over a few share plates with friends.

Our trio of dips has a permanent place at the table. Where in the world it comes from is another matter.

Our story

BUILT A LITTLE
DIFFERENTLY.

The Dining Table is an independent restaurant in the heart of Kyabram, built around a simple idea:

Good things happen when people sit down together.

Our food takes inspiration from around the world. Some dishes will be familiar; others perhaps less so. Much is made in-house, the blackboard keeps changing, and we're always looking for something interesting to bring to the table.

The room has a story too. Within the Richards Buildings, which have stood in Allan Street since 1907, old layers sit alongside warm timber and a contemporary dining room with a trace of the many lives this space has lived. Old spaces don't need to be erased to begin again.
